1 year and half permanent contract J’ai suivi un programme de formation de manager en parallèle de mon rôle de loueur de véhicule. Employé dévoué, très investi et très impliqué, on m’a confié les rennes de l’agence au bout de 3 mois tout en continuant ma formation. J’ai dirigé une équipe comptant jusqu’à 12 membres (saisonniers) et j’ai pris fortement goût au management. Nous avons triplé le parc auto, doublé les profits, renforcé les partenariats et optimisé la gestion de la flotte. Ce fut, je dois l’avouer, l’une des expériences les plus éprouvantes mais enrichissantes de toute ma carrière : je commençais à 7h et je terminais en général autour de 20h pour que toute l’agence soit en ordre, que les clients soit correctement servis, les véhicules toujours propre en bon état, mes collègues suffisamment considérés et les reportings envoyés en temps et heure. Je suis parti car je n’étais pas considéré à ma juste valeur et car ma rémunération était au plus bas, malgré mon rôle et mon investissement.

1-year training course : Profitant du temps que j’avais pendant la pandémie et n'aimant guère l'oisiveté, j’ai entrepris une reconversion professionnelle. Le domaine du développement web m'a toujours intrigué, et j'ai sauté le pas durant cette période en suivant une formation à distance. .  J'étais enfin dans mon élément, dans un domaine qui me plait, et je mets toute ma motivation pour réussir, en plaçant le curseur toujours plus haut que ce qui m'est demandé. Convaincu de la pertinence de mes projets, je performe à la présentation de ceux-ci : un site web conçu avec Symfony et un second conçu avec WordPress où je présente différentes fonctionnalité mis en place avec Javascript. Le jury apprécie fortement ma prestation et me présente ses félicitations, tant sur l'expression orale, que le design et la technique des mes projets. Avec le COVID l'académie à eu un léger retard sur ses plannings par conséquent ma formation s'est terminée en octobre 2021 et j'ai passé mon examen fin août, obtenu en septembre 2022.

2 months internship then a 1 year permanent contract Having proved my worth and investment during my end-of-training placement, I was offered a position with the Osmoz agency. I designed secure, fully customised showcase and e-commerce sites with client access using WordPress, Divi, HTML, CSS, JS and PHP. At the same time, I've taken a closer look at SEO, Google Ads campaigns and social network management. Recognised for my creative spirit, I was given a second job as a graphic designer, creating logos and visual graphics for the print branch. This journey came to an end following a difference of opinion between the CEO and the head of the web agency, which I choose to follow.

6 months permanent contract My manager is offering me a new opportunity to create a brand new company company, to be a key element in designing its image and, above all, its communications. Seduced by the project, I worked hard with my colleagues to create Symetry's identity, taking the company's communications to a high level. I continued to make websites using WordPress, Divi, HTML, CSS, JS and PHP, offering clients solutions that were increasingly sophisticated and easy for customers to use, as well as modern and designs. Unfortunately, a number of management decisions led to the company's bankruptcy in September.
